By creating an account or using Pendorai, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Pendorai for an organization, school, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account independently. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental or guardian consent, you may use Pendorai only after that requirement is met.

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Protect your login credentials and do not share access to your account.
• Tell support@pendorai.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Pendorai provides English-learning content, practice, progress tracking, evaluations, and feedback. Results are educational estimates. We do not guarantee a particular score, fluency level, examination result, academic outcome, employment outcome, or uninterrupted availability.

You remain responsible for checking information and deciding how to use feedback. Pendorai is not an accredited school or a substitute for professional instruction unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific offering.

Some writing, speaking, translation, conversation, and evaluation features use artificial intelligence. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for high-impact decisions or emergency assistance.

You must not submit confidential information, another person’s personal information without authorization, or material you do not have the right to use. AI providers may process submitted content as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not use Pendorai to:

• Break the law, threaten or harass others, or submit harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access another account, bypass limits, probe security, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract Pendorai content except where law expressly permits it.
• Use automation to overload the service or use outputs to build a competing content library or model without written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as independently verified professional advice.

You keep ownership of writing, audio, messages, screenshots, and other content you submit. You grant Pendorai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and provide requested features.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. You can request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, backup, and dispute-resolution needs.

Pendorai and its licensors own the app, lessons, media, software, designs, brands, and other service content. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for learning while these terms apply. No other rights are granted.

Comet includes Vocabulary and Everyday Speaking. Luna adds every Grammar lesson. Orbit also includes the structured course with one new term start per benefit month. Nova opens every course lesson, with no monthly term limit and a monthly limit on new speaking lessons. Usage allowances and the full localized price are shown before purchase. Annual subscriptions are charged in full once per year; unused monthly term starts do not roll over.

Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store where they were purchased. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Manage renewal, cancellation and refund requests through Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app or your Pendorai account does not cancel store billing. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

The store confirms the charge and effective date of a plan change. Google same-duration tier upgrades can charge the remaining-period difference while keeping the renewal date. Standard Apple upgrades charge a new period, refund unused old time and reset the billing date. Downgrades and supported duration changes take effect at renewal. Pendorai does not collect an additional calculated upgrade charge.

Sign in to the same Pendorai account to restore a store purchase. Complimentary access is separate from store billing and does not cancel an existing subscription or issue a refund. When paid access ends, learning progress is retained but paid features lock; Comet does not retain access to full course lessons or previously started terms.

We may maintain, change, add, or retire features and content. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects paid access or legal rights.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Pendorai or request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Pendorai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every feature, lesson, AI response, score, or file will always be accurate, available, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Pendorai is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable where you live and does not limit liability that law does not allow us to limit.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@pendorai.com so we can try to resolve the concern. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or your right to contact a regulator or court with jurisdiction.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes. If a material change requires consent, we will ask for it. If you do not accept an update, you should stop using the service and may request account deletion.
